Accessible Programming 
These classes are open to the community and have been created to serve as a safe and affordable space to gather, connect, heal and focus on well-being together.

The model for class is based on Emily’s research in wellness access and inclusivity through her Masters studies in Leadership and Organizational Change Structure Management, where focus groups centered around underrepresented communities and bringing educational programming in holistic wellness to the general public.

OUR WHY
The goal of the programming is to eliminate the barriers that may keep people from attending classes- obstacles such as:
  • price point
  • access to props like yoga mats and blocks
  • ability
  • experience
  • safe and quiet environment to learn
  • access to potable drinking water and bathrooms

MEDICINE AGENDA

TUESDAYS 

*CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY MONTHLY until October, 2024 (in our on-season schedule, classes are weekly) while we take a rest for the Summer, here’s our upcoming dates:

full sound immersion with crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums, kalimba, tuning forks & voice

LOCATION
The shop is located behind the 1 to Seven / Green Room building on the 115
-Park in the dirt lot next to the green room (not behind)
-Walk to the back of the building to find a large white door – the shop is located on the top floor of the building, facing the road – (we will be there to greet you)!
-Please try to arrive a few minutes early – doors close 5 minutes after the start of class for building safety purposes

The methodology for our programming is rooted in trauma-informed teaching strategies, and draws on Emily’s background in social justice and directing initiatives for systemic change.
 

What else?
-Mats and blocks are provided – bringing your own is also an option
-Safe shelter, AC, water & bathrooms inside of the space (room for 20+ students)
-No previous experience is required, or knowledge of yoga or meditation
-Free & ample parking
-online and in person sign up
-AC, quiet top floor, big windows, lots of natural light
– sliding scale payment suggested $10-25 / all classes are pay what you can
