Learn classic, traditional yogic breathwork techniques from India for modern-day use including Kapalbhati, Analom-Vilom, Nadi Shodhana, Suryabhedi, Chandrabhedi, and Bhastrika

  • Best practices for safety and sustainability
  • Detailed instructions on how to properly apply this knowledge to your everyday life so that you can build a more harmonious relationship with your own breath
  • Time to create your own daily yogic breath work plan to take home A practical guide to continuing your practice after the workshop
  • All information packets and courrse materials: notebooks, pens, worksheets, diagrams
  • The opportunity to practice in a group setting after the workshop completes

-Mats and blocks are provided – bringing your own is recommended
-Safe shelter, AC, water & bathrooms inside of the space (room for 20+ students)
-No previous experience is required, or knowledge of yoga or meditation
-Free & ample parking

LOCATION
The shop is located behind the 1 to Seven / Green Room building on the 115
-Park in the dirt lot next to the green room (not behind)
-Walk to the back of the building to find a large white door – the shop is located on the top floor of the building, facing the road – (we will be there to greet you)!
-Please try to arrive a few minutes early – doors close 5 minutes after the start of class for building safety purposes
